Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available for customers in Timmins, ON and area. Please contact us via email or Facebook/Instagram messenger to place your local order. If you prefer to purchase from the website, please use the code LOCAL during checkout to notify us and remove the standard shipping fees. Customers using this code will receive an email to set up a pickup date/time within 1-4 business days. We ask that you read all pickup information and steps included in the email, prior to your departure to collect your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Moon & Glow via email reply of the desired pickup date/time.
Please provide 24-notice of your desired time frame, or of any need to reschedule (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee any timeframe that is shorter than 24 hours).
Orders that have not been scheduled for a pickup within seven (7) days of the purchase date, or that have gone uncollected (‘no-show’) on two or more occasions, as well as all non-local orders that utilize the LOCAL code, will be subject to cancellation.
*Please note that any order which remains uncollected for any length of time beyond two (2) hours will be considered a ‘no-show’.
We do not provide pickup or rescheduling reminders.
Return Policy
Returns/exchanges are only accepted for candles which are damaged and/or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for return/exchange, candle(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. This policy is effective for one week (7 days) after delivery.
Shipping charges (including customs/duty fees for the return/exchange) are the sole responsibility of the customer and must include tracking. Refunds will be issued promptly upon the receipt of the item(s) and subsequent inspection. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept product returns/exchanges on body products such as rollers and body oils, or other home aromatherapy products such as incense and room/linen sprays. This policy also excludes sale items and ‘bundles’ which offer savings on regular product pricing. For quality concerns regarding these products, please do not hesitate to contact us at janna@moonandglow.ca so we can take care of any issues, and/or replacements as necessary.
Shipping Policy
Orders will ship within 3-7 business days, with the exception of made-to-order purchases.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $18 (Canada) or $25 (United States) will be applied to all orders. Free shipping is provided for orders of $125 or more.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking (not optional).
Shipping is available in Canada and the US.
